Support of 39 Current and Former Political Prisoners for the 'National Revolution Leader's' Call: We Join in: 'This is the Last Battle, Pahlavi Returns; Long Live the King'

Thirty-nine political prisoners currently in Evin Prison and former political prisoners have issued a statement in support of Prince Reza Pahlavi's call to chant national slogans simultaneously at 8 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, Dey 18 and 19.

The full text of the statement is as follows:

“We, a group of political and ideological prisoners, in solidarity with the people of Iran and in support of the national call announced by Shahryar Iran, Prince Reza Pahlavi, invite our compatriots to, on Thursday and Friday, Dey 18 and 19, precisely at 8 p.m., simultaneously and in coordination—whether in the streets or from their homes—chant slogans.

We too, like the people of Iran, from within the prisons, will join in unison and shout:

'This is the last battle, Pahlavi returns — Long Live the King'

This simultaneous action symbolizes national solidarity and civil resistance against repression, injustice, and the trampling of the Iranian nation's rights. We believe that coordination in time and voice can convey a clear message of national will and the desire for change to all.

While supporting this call, we emphasize the Iranian people's right to peaceful protest, freedom of expression, and self-determination, and hope this movement marks an effective step toward national convergence and transition from the current situation.

The signatories of this statement declare that, continuing on this path, they stand alongside Shahryar Iran, Prince Reza Pahlavi, Leader of the National Revolution, and the people of Iran, and will support every civil and national action aimed at freedom, human dignity, and a free future for Iran.
